i keep getting these fake ads on top of my you tube videos. IT only happens on my laptop. here's a screen shot.

it's a link to my facebook so ya. The ads aren't from youtube and i looked at any programs on my laptop but nothing has been downloaded since the ads have been showing up and i have no other problems with my computer besides that. AS you can see, there is a skip button. it's been going on for a few weeks now.

First if it only happens on your laptop and on none of your other computers then it may be something you possibly installed with a program without knowing. This happens a lot with freeware programs that are supported by ads. It could also be something you accidentally installed in your browser without knowing. These two can be solved by installing any recent software you installed. But the most likely possibility is that it is an ad that was put there intentionally by someone and they are trying to get you to click the add so that they get money. If it's this step then the only thing I can tell you is either deal with it, or find a ad blocker that works with Chrome.
