This is probably one of the most stupidest questions ever, and that's probably why googling it doesn't help, but hear me out.
I really like one of the default backgrounds for Twitter. It's the blue sparkly one. I want to use it for Tumblr, and make it look exactly the same as it does on Tumblr as it does used as a background on Twitter. Any ideas?

find a way to save the default background to your desktop then put it into your tumblr theme

You might have to write up a code for it. Or you can just upload it. I'm not sure on what kind of layout you have but usually you can place it in the CSS or there's a place that says "upload background/image" or something along those lines.
