I'm kinda new to twitter and i'm wondering how to get more followers?

You need to follow others, and they may reciprocate:
1. Twitter allows you to check your hotmail, gmail, etc. accounts to see if any of your contacts are online
2. Look for interesting twitterers and follow them.
