(search name, add) Otherwise, you go onto your personal information and there should be an option which says '' relatives '' or something of the like, where you type in their name and it comes up in your information + tagging them for them to accept. (they have to already be friends with you on facebook for you to add them, hence step one of in general - add friends.)
