I would like to be able to update my Facebook status just by sending a text message to Facebook. How do you set this up? I have Verizon if it makes a difference.

On Facebook go to Settings and click the Mobile tab then click the little word link in the up right that says Go To Facebook Mobile and there you should see the address you should send messages to from your phone.
