Three years ago the custodial parent, in addition to receiving child support, also "borrowed" from a 529 account for one of the children to pay household expenses ie, mortgage, utilities, etc. The non custodial parent now wants the child support to stop going to the custodial parent and instead go back into the college account until all funds are repaid.
