I don't know how to do it with the new facebook.

go to your profile, click photos, click on the album, at the top there should be a edit album sign, click it, find the photo, it should say move to: click album and then go all the way down and press save!
OR IF YOU HAVE THE TIMELINE:
Do the same thing but click on the photo you desire, there should be a triangle in the right corner, click on it and it should say move to other album and click on the album you to move it to, and then save!
