I would like to open another Facebook account but I am scared if they find out they may close both accounts.

Actually you can
Facebook do not limit people to one account per IP address.
You can have several accounts on the same PC or even with the same name, that does not matter

Yes -- there are many people who create multiple accounts for multiple family members, or even their pets.

Yes, as long as you don't take over other people online or use the third-party account as a way to cheat the game.
