I'm looking for my half sister. I know where she lived as a teen but not much more. Haven't seen her in 19 years.

Facebook, Whitepages.com, or Peoplefinders.com

http://www.peoplefinders.com/

And if you know her birthday you can advance the search

http://www.peoplefinders.com/search/people/advanced.aspx

OR

You can search her to get her birthday and then use that birth date on the advanced search on http://www.peoplefinders.com

If you find her on peoplefinders.com , it will tell you a list of cities, that she currently lives in or has lived in, in the past. From there you can search her on whitepages.com and find her address and/or phone number to contact her.

Thats to say if she hasnt married by now, and theres a chance you wont find her under her maiden name on peoplefinders.com

Your best bet is http://www.facebook.com

No. The best way is not on-line, if that is all you have. The best way to ask her parents, brothers, and sisters. You might find her on facebook, if you know what high school she graduated from. Many FB users have their maiden name there, with their high school and graduation year.
