So say, I have 5 people on my Close Friends list on Facebook. Every time I add a new picture or post, I only select this list of people . So does other people who are not in this list get to see what I post?

yes,everyone will b watch ur update post on fb, if u manage ur genarel setting as turn on for public.the people may can like and comments on ur post which u update.

not initially, but if someone likes it or comments it, then their friends can see it too
