Click on friends at the top of the Facebook page. Near the top, click the button "Create New List." Add everyone that you don't want seeing your scandalous pictures to this new list. Then, go to Settings—>Privacy. Click Profile. Go to "Photos tagged of you", open the drop-down menu and click Custom. Now, in the "except" section, type the name of the list you created. You might also want to do the same for Videos and Statuses.
