Me and my boyfriend broke up for a little while ago, and stupid as i am,i keep checking his facebook. i have unfriended him,but as his page is public,you can see everything he writes. So what i want to do is to block my server from accessing his page only, but i still want to be able to access facebook, but just not his page, how do i do this? i feel that doing this will give me more willpower to not check on him.

If you are using Internet Explorer then;
when on his page copy the address bar (http://........) then click Tools, internet options.
Select the security tab, highlight restricted sites, then click on the sites button.
When you have done this paste the address into the box and click add.
