Hi, I recently heard that facebook is going to be public and i would like to buy their shares/stocks but the problem is i am not a U.S citizen nor do I live in the U.S, so what can I do to buy their shares/stockes?

If you believe Facebook is the best investment of the century and you want to be a part of the meteoric rise you expect to come, there are other ways to buy shares. Yes you can. You only need a broker (online broker are cheaper).
But you should pay attention to the currency risk it may involve. If the USD depreciates relative to your home country currency you can loose money.
Before investing in an IPO, you should read studies about it. IPO generally lags market index.
Finally regarding Facebook, it is a great company and a great social network. But risk are high, remember Myspace, will Facebook be there in 10 years?
