I had a foster brother when I was a little kid and I have always wondered what happened to him after his father got him back. He lived with my family for 18 months and my parents wanted to adopt him. He would be almost 20 now and I want to know if there is any way I can find him.

Have you tried looking on myspace or facebook? Most kids that age have one of those profiles.
