How to stop my grandad getting notifications every time i do something on facebook? - Jack L - 11-09-2012 04:42 PM

A few months back, he registered with facebook, so he could keep up to date with something, not sure on what exactly. He has no idea how to use it, but for some reason, every time i put a status, he gets a notification on facebook, and an email.

What can we do?

If he put you as family or close friend he needs to undo it.

delete him and then reinvite him

It is a notification on HIS account not yours. You would need to get onto his account and change what he gets notified about.

Don't do things on f***book you don't want him to see

add him to your restricted list, and make sure to post your status as FRIENDS and not PUBLIC
