How should i go about finding my sister? - link it together - 11-09-2012 04:43 PM

I am currently 19 years old and i am looking for my half sister (from my fathers side) but I'm having troubles finding her. All i know about her is her first name (but i dont know how its spelled), her age (14), and the city she lives in. I also know her mothers first name if that helps. Is there anyway that i can find her? Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you.

If you really want to find her then plan a trip to that city, stay at a hotel for a week or two, and go down town for records of some sort. i bet if you be real nice to people then they'll give you her information much easier. if you can find out which school she goes to and find her there or even a picture at that school to be able to find her yourself. i wish you the best of luck

I found my half sisters on myspace, actually! Try different spellings of her name, and you can also narrow the search down by stating the city she lives in.

It worked well for me, I found one of them and then got in contact with the other two through her.

If nothing shows up on myspace /facebook/google for her name, try her mothers. A lot of older people have a myspace site now too, even if its just to keep track of what their kids are doing.

Good luck!
