go to your homepage, click on "edit pictures" - upload them there

on your myspace main page there will be a link to your pics, then there will be a link to upload saying 'upload pics' just click that and follow, fairly easy to use (: good luck

go to the upload picture link somewhere under your photo on myspace.
on facebook, click on your picture then under it or somewhere there is the link to upload photos but you must create an album first.
