I saw a girl and she is really nice (I saw her in a debate competition), and this competition take place every 1-2 months, and I really like her but she doesn't know me, and I added her on facebook but she didn't accept nor rejected (I knew that because she changed her profile picture twice after sending my request) so what should I do to start dating her, please help me

Ok - there are a few things here.
1. You dont even know the girl and has not responded to you, I dont think she is interested in a stranger.
2. Facebook is most certainly NOT a safe way to find someone you want to spend your life with. That is just common sense.
3. If you really decide to put yourself at risk, send her a message. You can do that, even if she is not your friend on facebook, by pressing the "Send Message" button on her profile, unless she has you blocked. If this debate thing you speak of is in person, talk to her and introduce yourself.

um go and talk to her or send her another request if you can and talk to her threw there, its good that you know shes a real girl not some guy ha. but yea just like go to the competition and talk to her go up to her don't tell her about ur request tell her to add u and that way you'll know if shes interested

Just go talk to her dude. Adding people you don't know on facebook is a bit creepy
