I have recorded my voice on Audacity just to hear my voice sped-up and I need to know how to save it that way. My sister helps me and she wants to put it on facebook.com. How can I save it that way? Thanks.

You have to download the LAME encoder
http://audacity.sourceforge.net/help/faq?s=install&item=lame-mp3
Install and you should then be able to save your files to .mp3!
