I'm used to myspace and setting up a bulletin board and have recently started using Facebook. Is there anything like that in Facebook?

yu can post your stuff on your wall but thats pretty much it unles yu send a comment thingy to everyone

The Notes application is pretty close. You write your message and a link shows up on your News Feed for people to read it. You can also tag people that you want to read it and in their Notifications it will tell them that they've been tagged or mentioned.
