I want to see EVERYONES feedback on Tweets but i'm new to Twitter and don't understand how it works. Any help?

basically, when someone replies to your tweet, it will go into your mentions. to view them, you click on the @ symbol. this is located at the top of the screen after you log in.
once you have clicked on the @ your mentions will be shown. this page also shows your retweets.
users are also able to contact you via DM's.
