my mother has blocked facebook from on the computer, she also blocked those hacking websites, like proxy and stuff. So there was this one way i can do it which was clicking on start and then clicking on run, but i don't know where to go from there, like i don't know what to type in...
can someone please help me.

1) Why don't you try unblocking them
2) I might be able to help you get her to unblock them if you added why she blocked them
3) Proxies aren't hacking, they, if anything, re fine to use as they hide your identity on the internet (they cant trace what city you come from)
4) And finally, theres a difference between hacking and cracking.
Oh and, who told you that run thing, it won't work.
