Okay, so I was adding my friend to be my sister on facebook (becuase we declared that we are soul sisters lol) and as I was going through the different relations one of them said partner (female). I also put in a guys name and it changed form female to male. So how is the partner different from the relationship status? Is it just supposed to be like a "friends with benefits" thing?

Yeah, it means you guys are "together" but not in a relationship
