He tells me to tell everyone in school and work that I have boyfriend and I should not chat with guys.I have seen that yesterday he added three female friends to his list also.I didn't ask him until now,what do u all think?

from my experience the guys ive dated arent all into facebook like most girls
he may not be sure where you guys stand if u add him to your relationship he will have to confirm it and that should change it.

Leave him a comment on facebook and say "hey you, I think it's time to change that relationship status of yours .xoxo."
That way you are marking your territory and if he deletes it or does not approve of it he is hiding something. It's just enough without questioning him about it. It's gives the benefit of the doubt that he doesn't mess with his profile much.

It sounds like he's trying to control you. Is it fair that you can't talk to guys when can talk to girls as much as he wants. Also the single thing could mean he's still shopping around. It could also be he just forgot to change it. Tell him how you feel about it. If he doesn't change or want to hear you out, it's time to find a guy that lets you be yourself and who respects you. I made the same question long time ago. so "he is single coz he is not married".
that was pretty much all the answers. of course he get damn jelous when guys put comments on my page, who can understand men?

it's all in the way you confront him about it. but just know that any guy that could be even the slightest bit playing you or cheating on you or being an asshole is not the right guy to be with. you sound nice and you shouldnt be with a stupid prick =]

he is hungry for more... he wants girls around him but if he put it as attached or in relation then he wont have girls to chat with him ...
so yea
ask him out nicely...if some valid reason then tell him to change, but if some stupid reason then change him by someone else
