Okae so I'm following Justin Bieber . I keep on tweeting him cute stuff & following then unfollowing him . I know there's like millions of other people tweeting him so he doesn't get to read them all because he's busy . So are there any more ways ? I don't mean to dampen your spirits, but it is highly unlikely that he will follow you, as he has millions of followers and it would be impossible for him to follow everyone and keep up with his career.

If you ask him something, and he answers or RT your message, he'll follow you. Well, he usually does. Try tweeting when not as many people are. He's more likely to see it if you dont tweet it right after he says something, cause thats when everyone will be tweeting. Just ask him cute or random things.

OMG! IF U <3 U FANS RT! LUVU FOLLOW ME!
