I dont and no one i know, knows how to contact said person. Furthermore I have try ed searchbug.com and have gotten several wrong numbers/past numbers....
... any ideas?

Hard to answer with what you've said...are you willing to spend 10-20 dollars or do you want free info only, is it a female/male, do you for sure know their name, do you know which state they live in? How old are they? Have you tried Myspace or Facebook?
