I'm making a group about my sisters surprise party, and obviously don't want her to be able to see it AT ALL. How can I do that?

yes u can u just when ur going to create the froup at the settings or tools ull see something that says only for certain friends

Yes. There is also a way to lock it so only people you invite/except into the group can see it. Also you could start a message to the people you are inviting so you can discuss it there.
