All of a sudden my emails stopped coming through along with my myspace and facebook messages/notifications... any ideas?

change your password? thats what i did with my email and i had to change it on my blackberry also because it doesnt sync like that

You may have to get the Service Books pushed back out to you. You can do this by accessing your blackberry account via your carrier site (i.e -- att.blackberry.net) or by calling your 611. Find the service books in the left column, and follow instructions.
