Hi! Well recently when I get on my twitter there is all this weight loss stuff that apparently I posted but I didn't... is this a virus? How do stop it from doing that? Please help

I don't think it's a virus,
Try one or both of these things:
1- "Unfollow" the people/companies that you don't really need
2- Change your password. (make the new password as complex as possible).
Because maybe somebody has got your password and is manipulating on your account.
