I have Facebook mobile, but all that I can do is subscribe to other peoples status updates and update my own status. Some of my friends have theirs where they can receive notifications when someone comments on their status.
How do I do this?

Go to settings
then notification
then press this link
Send notifications to my phone via SMS.
go down to this section:
Wall Comments
then tick the both option and you are done
