Basically, I know:
Their Name
Birth City
City they live in
Where they are located now in regards in the navy
That they are a linguist, learning Farsi
They'll be shipping off to Georgia (the state, not the country) soon
I have their age, name of their brother - who may or nay not still be in the navy
It is very important that I contact them, so if anyone knows how to find them or can tell me how that would be greatly appreciated

Facebook! The military will not release information like that. You will have to go up the chain of command if you want to reach this person. So start at the "contact us" level on the Navy website. Or you could call a recruiter, they would help you out and tell you how to go through the chain of command to contact this person. Facebook is still the best way, especially if this person is under 40 years of age. Sounds like you are an adoption agency. Best of luck.
