I have a Fake Facebook to spy on my brother and someone just told me they reported me for being fake what is going to happen if they think i am fake?

You can't get in trouble for that. I just made a facebook for my stuffed animal, and for my dog. (There's an explanation behind those, I promise!) No, they can't remove your facebook on that grounds. What are they gonna do, come to your house and ask for the person in the fake profile? Yeah, sikeee. They have no way of knowing. You're fine.

As long as you do noyhing violating the FB contract, No body cares, and not illegal. It could be seen as your alter ego.
