I lost contact with them a little over 19 years ago. There mother which was my sister, name was Nan Techlin Finzelber which we heard died several years back. We have been trying to locate them. Does anybody know them.

I would suggest trying facebook. I just searched for the last name "Techlin," and there was a Tammy listed.

There is a Tammy Techlin on Facebook, have you tried mailing her?
They are also both listed in 411.com :
