He was convicted of sexually molesting my sister and I at the age of 8. His brother just friended me, and that's how I found him on facebook. I am angry that this can even happen. I want to know how to report him to Facebook, and get him off it!!!

Unfortunately it is not illegal for a registered sex offender to have a facebook, so reporting him isn't going to do any good.

It is illegal to have a facebook in some states. All states will have to pass a law soon that makes it illegal for sex offender to use sites like facebook and myspace or they will lose federal funding. Many states have already passed laws and usually it is a felony. Go to the below website and click on your state it should say somewhere who oversees the registry in your state. Contact them! They will be able to look into it. Usually it is the state level police in your state.

It IS illegal for sex offenders to have a Facebook account in ALL states, it has nothing to do with each state. If you need to report a sex offender on facebook, here is the page:
