Yes they will see your tweet if you don't want them to see your tweet then go to privacy settings.

Just the people who follow you will see your tweet show up in their twitter stream. However, depending on your privacy settings, your tweet will show up in searches.
Your choice of words, and your use of hashtags, will make it easier for people to find your tweets in searches.
