i have the $15 fido plan with no add ons or anything . just that .
i know i get charged if i send something to twitter ,
but what if twitter sends me the tweets ?
does it cost money in ? or in other places ?

First: Fido 15$ plan give you 50 Text, so you wont be charged if you send something to twitter! And fido let you receive UNLIMITED text!!
But dont forget to text with the twitter number of your country...
Envoyer et recevoir des messages par Twitter revient à correspondre avec un numéro normal.
Mean that send and receive text from twitter correspand sending and receiving text from a normal cell phone of your city.
