How do i stop facebook from sending me a mesage to my email every time some comments on somthing or like, ect

Under Account settings (the 2nd link at the very top right corner of Facebook), go to the Notifications tab.
Here you can control the majority of e-mailed notifications. You will also have to manually turn off some of them from applications you have added under application settings.

It's in your account settings, Notifications. Go through there and you'll be able to turn it off.

to stop it First go to the account setting then select notifications tab then uncheck the boxes which you do not want to receive
