My sister makes it so i cant write on her wall, see her wall, see her pictures and bascially everything is there anyway i can block here from all of that steps please.

Just block her on your own facebook page.

Bottom left of there profile you click "Block / Person"
He wont be able to view or message ETC anything

If you block you sister, you wont have her as a friend no more. If you want to do what she has done to, I suggest changing your privacy settings.
1) top right corner, under account - CLICK PRIVACY SETTINGS
2) CLICK CUSTOMIZE SETTINGS
3) whatever you dont want her to see - CLICK CUSTOM
4) under HIDE THIS FROM, just type in her name
5) do this for all settings
