I have been going into my boyfriend's facebook and yahoo email without him knowing. I can easily get past the secret questions and all. He thinks its someone else and I am afraid to tell him the truth. His friend is telling him to come over tonight because he has software that can allow him to find out. Do such programs exist? (maybe police even have them?)

No, however if he's reported the break in to Facebook, then they're admin people who run the servers will place tags and will be able to track where you're coming from and then take the necessary action if required.

The best way to solve this problem is to contact Facebook and Yahoo! about your account.
