Unwed couple with a new baby. She and the baby live with me, she doesn't work and I pay the bills. She said she's going to make me pay child support but has no intension of leaving.

No. Child support is to help the parent who has primary custody of the child cover the expenses of the child. If the mother and baby are living with you, then you already ARE supporting the child.

Wow, talk about having your cake and eat it to, News flash she already getting support shes liveing with you and not working which means you are supplying the food, water, most likely clothing and the ,biggest thing of all shelter. I cant see a judge nowhere would grant child support, but in this day and time I truly would not be surprised its all about the green....... good luck I would switch things up since she dont have a job I would say go on and file, then you say I will file for full custody of the baby. things that make you say HUM.......

As long as there is a court order in place, you have to pay it.
