How can someone get notifications when I do anything on facebook? - Rachel W - 11-09-2012 05:24 PM

A friend of mine has somehow attached herself to my account and now receives notifications every time I change my status or post a photo. She comments on EVERYTHING within 30 seconds of it going up and it drives me crazy, especially when it has nothing to do with her. I can't delete her, tried talking to her, and I just want to somehow make it stop.

Take a huge dump, then dance for two mins.

if people are your friend on facebook, they get notified by email and text every time something happens or someone posts something on your wall. the only way to stop her from posting on everything is to delete her as a friend so she will not get notified when something happens on your profile.

That means she has subscribed to you via text message...all she has to do is reply to the text and it comments on whatever you post...you might have to tell her to unsubscribe or shut the hell up lol

She could have a browser called Rockmelt. (I have it) It signs you into chat on the side and shows your friends. When a friend updates something there picture will have a blue border around it will be blue so you hover over it and it shows what they said. Then you click on a pic of the friend and it takes you to their page where you can comment. She could be doing that. It's very easy to get updates from friends like this. When a new one is posted it shows in the bottom right who posted it and what they posted.

She probably subscribed to your comments, where every time you post something she gets it on her phone. Or maybe she is always looking at your profile. If there isn't any way to delete her or block her from Facebook, try calling, texting, or telling her in person that her constant likes and comments on Facebook are annoying you. Since you already asked her, try telling her again so maybe she'll get the message. If she still doesn't stop, don't reply to her comments on Facebook. Hope I helped.
