Would that be illegal? Could you get arrested, or would the account just be deleted if they found out? I found out that my younger sister made a fake facebook with a fake name and info, because she's not allowed to have one, and she uses it to communicate with her friends. I need to know if this is illegal, so I can tell her to delete it if it will cause her trouble. Thanks!
