I don't know much about Bollywood so I suppose it could be different than Hollywood or even traditional celebrities (in the US). However, most actors, celebs, etc (in the US) probably don't have a listed number where you can call them. They would get way too many phone calls and my assumption is that that they value their privacy, too. Your best bet is to write them a letter and if they are really cool people or don't get a lot of fan mail they may right you a letter back. Sorry if this dashes your hopes. I haven't looked for Bollywood actors but for Hollywood actors and general celebrities http://www.movieeye.com is a very good free resource.
There is also the possibility that an actor/celeb may have a Myspace, Twitter, Facebook account, or email address. To me these would be even harder ways to contact a celeb because for one thing it is very hard to know if "Jack Smith" is really "Jack Smith" or someone posing as him. So those are possibilities but not as strong as writing them a letter. Good luck!
