I was looking, but I didn't find any websites where you can just enter their name and possibly age. Usually, it's a big cities directory, like Moscow which doesn't include any small surrounding cities, or it is a business directory.
It can be in Russian or Ukrainian.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

well, there's no good special site to find your relatives. Try searching social media like vkontakte.ru, or google the name of your relatives in Cyrillic.
