Well long story short he was a player and we broke up but he keeps liking my stuff on facebook, like statuses and pictures. He has a new girlfriend. I know its kinda a stupid question, but I'm just curious why he keeps liking all my stuff?

Like you said he's a player. And he probably realizes what a jerk he was to let you go....but then again these kinds of guys don't realize anything that would make them be sorry for what they have done. There are no worse guys then the High School, College age guys.

Coming from a guy myself
It could mean three things
1. He just thinks of you as a friend and trying to ease the tension between you two (that's if he's a good guy ie- no cheating)
2. He's not completely over you but knows you guys are through
3. He regrets letting you go/leaving you and still likes you
