My sister is dating a guy who I am not too sure about. Its not like hes a jerk or anything he just acts like there is always something wrong. I was wondering if there is anyway I can look up things like if he has a criminal record or things like that.

Not actually his criminal record but facebook is a good start. Check out if you have any friends in common. If so, have a chat to them (subtly) and see what he's like. Good luck
