How to restrain myself from going to Facebook? - absolute ultimate idealistic guy - 11-09-2012 05:28 PM
I find myself quite addicted to Facebook nowadays, but I am quite busy to go there. I tend to stay in Facebook for maybe 1hr non stop and I'm not aware of the time. So what can I do to stop myself from going to Facebook often?

just set a kitchen timer for yourself. start the first day with 1 hr, then go to 55 min the next, and so on and so forth until you reach your desired time. just make sure you actually log off when the timer goes off! if you find yourself wanting to go back on, just go out and so something you enjoy such as tennis or baking (im just making these up off the top of my head)
