I'm an administrator of a fan page and I keep on receiving weekly Facebook fanpage updates on my e-mail. How do I get rid of this?

How to Block Facebook Notifications

OPTION 1: Log in to your Facebook account. On your home page, click on "Account" in the top right corner. A drop-down menu will appear. Click on "Account Settings."

Click "Notifications." A categorized list of all types of notifications will appear. Uncheck any unwanted notifications and click "Save Changes" at the bottom.

OPTION 2: Click on "Application Settings" instead of "Account Settings."

Click on the drop-down menu on the top right next to "Show." Choose "Authorized" to see all applications. Click "Edit Settings" of any application that you cannot delete (no X option).

Step 5
Click "Additional Permissions" in the pop-up box. The bottom section will read, "Allow Facebook to notify me by email when someone:" followed by a list. Uncheck all of them and click "Okay."
