Lol I saw an ex had a Facebook, I was like omg last time I knew he was never getting one. But as I clicked on his profile, I notice I friend requested him.. I was like wait what when how no. Then I clicked the "friend request sent button" again and it went back to "add as friends".
Is it still going to show on his notifications?

Yes, if it's a friend request, he will be notified.
