My mother sincerely believes that she needs to crop all her photos so as to prevent people from stealing her pictures on facebook, and making them into pornography .
I have explained multiple times, that no one would care enough to do so.
Yet, she will not change her mind.
She thinks someone will photo shop the picture by adding her face over someones naked body.
Can this happen?

Of course it can be done. But as you said, it's unlikely anybody would actually want to. It also takes some skill to do it in a way that isn't obviously fake, and even then you can prove it's fake by showing the original photograph.

Yes, it is easy for a PS skiller.
But If you are not good at PhotoShop, try face in hole websites
